DW-Z Servo Control Automatic Bag Pucker Machine is mainly used to produce various of trash bags with single pucker that suitable for such market like Japan. The bags would be puckered by three times, the first times is to fold, the second times is also to fold on the basis of the first fold, the third times is to fold on the basis of 10 bags of the second fold. Finally the bags will be transferred out through conveyor belt after flattening automatically by cylinder.
The first and the second folds by our machine are controlled by Japanese servo motor to make sure the precision and efficiency, to save the cylinder and solenoid vale wear.
This machine could work together with flat bag making machine to pucker flat-line bag, also could work assembly with mountain-shape bags making machine to pucker mountain-shape bags.
